We accept returns of defective item within 180 days since payment date with an authorized RMA #. Please contact our customer service first with the info for returns.
In order to simplify the procedure and save time, please provide clear pictures of specific problems for reference as you contact us at the first time. Any returns will be refused without the RMA#. Upon receiving the returned item, we would either send you a replacement or refund to you.
All returns must be in their original or equivalent packaging with all miscellaneous accessories included.
We will decide whether the good can be refunded according to the actual condition. If the good can be refund, please use the most economical way and we will compensate your transportation fee.
